Terms & Conditions

Website use

This site provides general information about massage services at Gilbert Healing Massage. Service details and availability may change. Please confirm the treatment, price, and appointment details with the studio or booking service.

Appointments

Appointments are arranged through the linked scheduling service or directly with the studio. Visiting this website does not reserve a session. Ask the studio about any cancellation, rescheduling, or payment requirements before booking.

Personalized care

Discuss your needs, comfort, and relevant health considerations with your therapist before a session. Massage services are not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

External services

Booking and map services operate separately from this website and have their own terms. For questions about our services, call 480-818-3972.

Choosing a service

Service descriptions explain the general style of an appointment. They do not determine every technique, area of focus, or level of pressure used in a particular session. Discuss your preferences with the studio before booking if a specific aspect of a service is important to you. The therapist can explain the available approach and help you understand the options.

Photographs illustrate the general experience of massage and spa care. Stock photographs may show settings or techniques that differ from a particular appointment. An image is not a promise that a session will follow a pictured sequence or include every item shown. Ask the studio for details about the service you are considering.

Prices and add-ons

The rates page lists session lengths, standard prices, and add-on options. A complete massage session and an add-on are separate booking choices. Confirm the selected service, session length, total price, and availability before completing a reservation. If the website and scheduling service display different details, contact the studio to clarify them.

Information about an appointment is best confirmed directly with the studio or through the booking service. This website does not collect payment or issue appointment confirmations. Following a booking link takes you to a separate service where you can review the options available at that time.

Comfort and communication

Tell your therapist about pressure preferences, sensitivities, and areas you would like included or avoided before the session. Ask for adjustments or a pause whenever you need one. An earlier preference does not prevent you from requesting a different approach during the appointment.

If you have questions about whether massage is appropriate for your circumstances, seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. General website information cannot account for an individual health history. The descriptions on this site do not promise a medical result or replace individual advice.

Planning and changes

The studio welcomes clients by appointment. Check the scheduling service for available times or call to discuss your request. Information about flexible scheduling does not guarantee that a particular time or therapist will be available. A booking should be treated as arranged only when its details have been confirmed.

For changes to an existing appointment, contact the studio or follow the instructions provided with your booking confirmation. Ask about the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and payment arrangements before reserving. This website does not establish a new cancellation fee or substitute a general statement for the terms of your actual booking.

Website information and questions

We aim to keep service information useful and clear, but website text may not reflect every change in availability or scheduling. Check details that are important to your visit directly with the studio. If you notice an error in a rate, link, or address, please call so it can be reviewed.

Using external booking and map services

Links are provided to help you arrange an appointment, read reviews, and locate the studio.
