Full Body Massage in Gilbert
A little space for your whole self.
YOUR KIND OF CARE
A balanced approach to your whole body
Some days, tension does not feel limited to one place. Your shoulders may feel busy after a day at a desk, your legs may feel tired after being on your feet, or you may simply want time to slow down. Full body massage offers a balanced approach rather than concentrating the entire appointment on one small area.
At Gilbert Healing Massage, you can discuss which areas deserve more attention and which you would prefer to leave out. A whole-body session does not mean every person receives the same routine. The balance of time, pressure, and focus is shaped around the conversation you have before your massage.

A THOUGHTFUL APPROACH
A session with room to settle
A full body appointment can be a comfortable starting point if you are exploring massage or returning after time away. Let your therapist know whether you enjoy broad, flowing strokes, prefer lighter contact, or want selected areas worked more deliberately. You do not need to arrive with a detailed treatment plan.
Think about what you would like to feel during the appointment: a quieter pace, attention to tired muscles, or a balanced mix of relaxation and focused work. Your preferences give the session a useful starting point while leaving room for changes as you settle in.

What to expect at your appointment
Your appointment begins with a conversation about how you feel and what you want from the time you have set aside. Mention areas that feel tired, your preferred level of pressure, and any contact you would rather avoid. You can describe your needs in everyday language; there is no need to arrive knowing the names of muscles or techniques.
During the session, keep that conversation open. Ask for a change in pressure, a different position, or a pause whenever you need one. Preferences are not fixed commitments, and something that felt comfortable at the start may need adjusting later. Your feedback helps your therapist keep the appointment centered on you.
TIME SET ASIDE FOR YOU
Choose your session.
A 60-minute session offers time for a balanced appointment or a smaller number of focused priorities. A 90-minute appointment gives more room for an unhurried pace and attention to several areas. Think about how much time you can comfortably set aside rather than assuming that longer or firmer is always better.
If you are unsure which option to choose, call Gilbert Healing Massage before booking. Describe the massage style that interests you and what you would like the session to include. We can help you understand the available choices and confirm the current price for your selected service.

Decide what deserves extra time
A whole-body approach can still have a clear priority. If your shoulders need more attention than your legs today, say so before the appointment begins. You can ask how that preference fits with the available time and still leave room for a balanced session.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
A few helpful answers.
Is this the right massage for my first visit?
You prefer a balanced session with time for several areas. If you are new to massage, call to discuss what the service involves and whether another style would better match your preferences.
Can I ask for a different pressure?
Yes. Describe your preferred pressure before the session and ask for changes at any time. Comfortable bodywork depends on your feedback, not on meeting a particular expectation about intensity.
